How We Match
When a family first contacts us, our Directors learn as much as they can about who the student is and the type of person she admires and respects. We take into account the tutor’s specific experience with the student’s school, grade level, subject needs, and any specific learning difficulties that may exist. Based upon our evaluation, we select the tutor best able to build rapport and help the student succeed.
To observe student progress, make incisive adjustments to our programs, and ensure the quality of the tutor-student match, we have various systems of oversight in place.
